My passion is to provide consultative coaching to philanthropic and non-profit organizations, women, and small businesses. Within each of these stakeholders, I provide specialized services to meet their needs and goals. Some of my offerings include:
Consultative coaching
Life and leadership coaching
Thought-partnership
Strategic framework development
Capacity-building and technical assistance
Specialized workshops on various topics
Cohort-based leadership development trainings
I work with philanthropic organizations to help embed equity in their grantmaking. I also provide ongoing capacity-building and coaching to their staff as they do this work regularly.
I provide capacity-building and technical assistance to non-profit organizations focused on workforce development with program design, implementation, management, and evaluation. Learn more about it here.
I specialize in coaching South-Asian and immigrant women to become the best version of themselves (in their personal and professional lives). I bring my lived experiences, as an immigrant woman trying to make it to the leadership level in a very white philanthropic environment, along with my understanding of South Asian culture and its nuances to my coaching and mentoring practice.
I also help build the capacity of leaders in the non-profit and philanthropic space to self-author their growth.
I provide thought-partnership to small- and mid-sized businesses so they can grow from a scarcity/risk-aversion mindset to a mindset of abundance and calculated risk.
