I offer 1-1 and group-based life, leadership, and career coaching to entry-level and mid-career professionals. 1-1 and group coaching sessions are customized as per the client's needs. Coaching sessions are offered in 3, 6, or 12-month options. Coaching sessions take place bi-weekly (every 2 weeks). They are designed to focus on the individual's goal to help them grow within their leadership, personal life, and/or career.

I offer customized trainings and workshops that range from 90-minutes to 6-months. My cohort-based trainings and workshops vary in range from technical skills development (like program management, evaluation, understanding of key workforce development concepts) to leadership development (like inner work, inclusive leadership, allyship). My trainings help individuals and organizations operationalize key concepts whether they are technical, leadership, or DEI-focused, and move them from theoretical concepts to practical applications.

In addition to cohort-based trainings and coaching, I also offer limited consulting and thought-partnership around business development and growth mindset. These are available to both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Specifically, I work with organizations to help them move away from a scarcity mindset to a mindset of abundance by learning how to take calculated risks.
